News again, news that we are tired of hearing about dirty politics and blaming each other in the Knesset. There is simply no strength, today (I am a child psychiatrist) I saw three families from the Gaza Strip (the Gaza Strip) who “saw everything” during the terrorist attack on 07.10.
Families where the parents are receiving medication and the children are also receiving medication and there are none! There simply are none! Psychologists are available at a reasonable time in the south.
I ask myself who we can recruit into the IDF for 5 years? Robots? Children who receive National Insurance?
Sorry, I am angry…. Not at terrorists but at politicians who talk about kidnapped people, slander each other and do not dare to change the Psychologists Law.
People who need emotional help continue to receive treatment through public funds and clinics according to the Psychologists Law 77. Yes, yes, according to a law passed forty-five years ago. Life has changed and we do not have enough therapists who can provide a solution to people who must receive help in order to “continue living.” In light of the current situation, patients who found a solution in public clinics are going to receive help privately. Which causes a heavy financial burden or they “simply continue to suffer.”
The “Civil Compass” association (amechad.info) is a civil movement, our program deals with addressing current news through proposals for changes in Israeli legislation for equality, increasing transparency in government actions through the publication of annual reports from members of the Knesset and municipal councils, publishing party programs before elections with a list of specific changes that the parties want to implement after the elections, and creating a mechanism for monitoring promises.
